Traditional Indian Cooking Workshop

A hands-on culinary experience celebrating the rich flavors, aromas, and community spirit of India

About the Event

On November 15, X Helping Hands, in collaboration with PC Community Cooking Classes, hosted a delicious Traditional Indian Cooking Workshop at the Sobeys Westside Community Room in New Glasgow.

The free event welcomed community members to explore the rich flavors of India, featuring a hands-on menu of Potato Raita, sweet Besan Ladoo, and savory Paneer Biryani. Attendees enjoyed learning authentic culinary techniques while sharing stories and connecting over the love of food.

The afternoon was filled with aromatic spices and community spirit, as participants left with new recipes, full stomachs, and a deeper appreciation for traditional Indian cuisine.
